Charles Bridge

Charles Bridge is a famous historical bridge that crosses the Vltava river. Its construction started in 1357 and finished in the beginning of 15th century. As the only means of crossing the river Vltava (Moldau), the Charles Bridge used to be the most important connection between the Old Town, Prague Castle and adjacent areas until 1841. Also this 'solid-land' connection made Prague important as a trade route between east and west Europe.

Strahov Monastery

Prague Castle is a castle in Prague where the Kings of Bohemia, Holy Roman Emperors and presidents of Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic have had their offices. The Bohemian Crown Jewels are kept here. According to the Guinness Book of World Records, the Prague Castle is the largest coherent castle complex in the world with an area of almost 70000 square meters, being 570 meters in length and an average of about 130 meters wide. The Prague Castle, an ancient symbol of the Czech lands, is the most significant Czech monument and one of the most important cultural institutions in the Czech Republic. A UNESCO World Heritage site, it consists of a large-scale composition of palaces and ecclesiastical buildings of various architectural styles, from Roman-style buildings from the 10th century through Gothic modifications in the 14th century. The famous Slovenian architect Josip Plečnik was responsible for extensive renovations in the time of the First Republic (1918-1938). Since the Velvet Revolution, the Prague Castle has undergone significant and ongoing repairs and reconstructions.

Golf Course Zbraslav

Prague City Golf Club is first master 18 holes golf course in Prague. It was design by a British architect Jeremy Ford in cooperation with a Czech golfer Alex Čejka. The Scottish shaper Mr. Mick Shane then imprinted his influence into the greens and bunkers of this golf course. The course is indeed challenging but also welcoming to recreational golfers. The Links and Lakes character is unique in the Czech Republic such as is the 18holes putting course called Himalaya, inspired by the famous St. Andrews Course. Hole number 12 is a keyhole of the course. Golfers have variety of playing and the one who can plays risky and shaped shot will be awarded. On the left side is dark blue lake and beyond cross the fairway white bunkers. The best drive is the one which ends close to the water. From this place has player nice view on green and second shot is much easier.

Old Town Square

The most significant square of historical Prague. It originated in the 12th century and since then witnessed many events. Beside the Old Town Hall and the Church of Our Lady before Týn the square has several other dominants, the baroque St. Nicholas church, the rococo Kinský palace housing the National Gallery exhibition hall, the Stone Bell house - a gothic city palace from the 14th century - now the Municipal Gallery concert and exhibition rooms, and the Memorial to Master Jan Hus. The very place where the 27 Czech gentlemen were executed on 21 June, 1621, is marked in the square pavement. The Prague meridian can be seen not far from there.

Lobkowicz palace

The Princely Collections, housed in the Lobkowicz Palace, are drawn from the extensive Lobkowicz holdings. Major paintings, including Pieter Brueghel the Elder’s Haymaking and two world-renowned views of London by Canaletto, are on display as are rare decorative arts, one of the finest collections of arms and armor in Central Europe, and important musical instruments and manuscripts including Beethoven’s 5th Symphony and Mozart’s re-orchestration of Handel’s Messiah.
