Puerto Rico Convention Center

The Puerto Rico Convention Center District creates a singular destination for conventions, trade shows, consumer shows and congresses, and places Puerto Rico at the forefront of meeting and exhibition destinations. With its dramatic wave-like roofline and other dynamic architectural features, the $415-million Puerto Rico Convention Center Pedro Rossello is the core component of the 113-acre "lifestyle" urban development project known as the Puerto Rico Convention Center District.
Considered one of the largest and most ambitious waterfront development projects in the history of the U.S. and its territories, the Puerto Rico Convention Center District was conceived as a vibrant urban gathering place. Elements of the District include hotels, restaurants, movie theaters and other entertainment venues. Isla Grande is minutes away from historic Old San Juan, the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport, and the Condado tourist area.
The Sheraton Puerto Rico Hotel & Casino serves as the headquarter hotel to the Puerto Rico Convention Center Pedro Rossello. The 503-room property was the first building built in the Caribbean under the guidelines of the U.S Green Building Council; it features 35,000 square feet of state-of-the-art flexible meeting space in a conference center setting, including a 16,300-square foot ballroom, divisible into eight rooms; and a smaller, 7,700-square ballroom distinctively remarked by the natural lighting and views plus seven other meeting rooms, some that can be divided.
