Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY OF ENTIRE GROUP:
300 days or more, prior to scheduled group arrival date, no liquidated damages will be assessed.
299-181 days: Complete cancellation will result in a One-night charge per person reserved.
180-61 days: Complete cancellation will result in a two-night charge per person reserved.
60 days prior to group arrival date: Complete cancellation will result in Total charge for the entire stay.
ROOM ATTRITION POLICY: (for reduction of rooms)
366 days or more, prior to scheduled group arrival date, no room reduction liquidated damages will be assessed.
365-181 days: 25% of room block established at 365 days may be canceled without liability. Any rooms canceled in excess of 25 % are subject to one night charge.
180-91 days: 20% of the total room block base established may be canceled without liability. Any rooms canceled in excess of 20% are subject to one night charge
90-30 days: 20% of the room block base established may be canceled without liability. Any rooms canceled in excess of 20% are subject to a two nights charge.
29-8 days: Any rooms canceled are subject to a three nights charge
7 days prior to group arrival date, The Hotel will accept name substitutions
Rooms canceled 7 days prior to group arrival date, and No Shows will be charged for the entire dates of reservation.
