Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
(ENTIRE GROUP CANCELLATION)
Cancellations 180 days or before prior group´s arrival, space may be released without penalty.
Cancellations from 179 to 90 days prior group's arrival 50% of total room block without penalty , 50% of the total room block will have one night penalty.
Cancellations from 89 to 60 days prior group's arrival 25% of total room block without penalty , 75% of the total room block will have two nights penalty.
Cancellations within 59 to 46 days or more prior group's arrival will be penalized with 03 nights at contracted net rate per room.
Cancellations 45 days or less prior group's arrival will apply no refund policy.
30 days out from program dates all arrangements will be definite as per rooming list and all pre-paid room and tax charges will be applicable unless otherwise negotiated and stated in this contract. NO SHOWS are non refundable and unless the group coordinator receives any advise of the same, we will release the rooms back to the hotel next day in the morning with no refund or further responsability from the hotel. Please note that changes in occupancy type to reduce number of participants in the group (ex: double to single, triple to double) within 30 days prior to arrival will have no refund and will be applied as penalties even if same number of rooms will be utilized.
