Built in the year 2000, in a strictly neo-colonial style, Hotel Manantial maintains the local architecture in which indigenous materials were used such as adobe walls and hollow canes for the roofs. The hotel is situated 500 metres from the village of Purmamarca, province of Jujuy, on national highway Nº 52 in the heart of the “Quebrada de Humauaca” (Humauaca Gorge) which was declared World Cultural and Natural Heritage by the UNESCO in 2003. It has 18 ample and luminous standard bedrooms overlooking the gardens and mountains and a suite on the upper floor. Reception room suitable for 120 people and the possibility of closing the hotel´s porch increasing the capacity to 270 people and the possibility of closing the hotel´s porch increasing the capacity to 270 people.
