Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made less than 15 days prior to your event is subject to forfeiture of deposits as per the payment and deposit schedule. Cancellations must be made through the Catering Department between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and events cancelled less than three (3) days prior to the event will be charged as follows: • Room Rentals – Payable as negotiated • Meals – Chargeable at 50% of negotiated price
