Cancellation Policy

ALL EVENTS cancelled within 30 days of the event date will be subject to a charge of 100% of the estimated revenue. This includes all F&B services, meeting rooms and guestrooms. ROOMS. Cancellation of 10% of the rooms can be made free of charge up to 15 days before arrival; any further room cancellations will be charged at 100% of the reservation value. F&B. A guaranteed number of attending guests must be received by the hotel at least 10 days prior to event. Guaranteed numbers may not decrease after this time. MEETING ROOM. Finalized details (set-up, agenda, AV equipment) must be received 10 days prior the event.
