HYGIENE CONCEPT The general information is updated on a regular basis. Changes will be made according to the respective state/federal regulations. › The event booker will be informed in advance about the current restrictions of operation as well as the currently valid regulations for events of the federal state and must pass these on to the event participants. › The contact details of the participants must be registered according to the regulations of the federal state. › The currently valid distance regulation in the conference room (sitting) of 1.5 meters must be observed. Chairs and tables in the conference room are arranged accordingly. › The minimum square metres per participant for coffee breaks (standing) outside and inside (standing) in the respective state/federal must be observed. High tables will be arranged accordingly. › Depending on the regulation of the respective state/federal guests and service staff have to wear face masks. › Depending on the size of the meeting, a path system is installed to define a fixed entrance and exit and thus maintain the distance. › The conference rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each event. › During the event desinfectants are available in the conference room and in the foyer. The meeting room is ventilated. › The conference materials at the guest’s place are only available for the guest (no self-service), they should not be shared with other conference participants.
