The following cancellation fees shall be applied:  07 days before arrival/event date : 50% of the total room/event charges  72 hrs to less than 07 days : 75% of the total room/event charges  Less than 72 hours or No – Show : 100% of the total room/event charges In case of any amendment, a written note to the effect has to be sent to the hotel at least 72 hours prior to the guest’s arrival.
