Cancellation Policy
If there is a reduction on the number of participants in the event in relation to the contracted number, the following terms shall apply: Accommodation and Services: - 75 days in advance – without penalty; - Between 60 and 74 days in advance – payment of 30% of the cancelled total amount; - Between 31 days and 59 days in advance – payment of 50% of the cancelled total amount; - Between 29 days and 07 days in advance – payment of 75% of the cancelled total amount; - Less than 07 days in advance – payment of all the services. The charged amount shall be equivalent to the total duration of the group/event. The prepaid amounts shall not be reimbursed nor convertible into a letter of credit.
