Joy-Ellen Lipsky, CCP -- a.k.a. The Effectiveness Expert -- has been in the high-tech industry for over 20 years, and a speaker and trainer since 1989. She has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, a Master's degree in Computer Software, and is a Certified Computing Professional (CCP) from the Institute for Certification of Computer Professionals.
