AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Supershuttle:
Curbside service available at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, 20 – 25 minutes from the resort for approx. $27 per person. 800-258-3826.

Car Rental:
Rental car service is located in the lobby. Reservations can be made in advance or by calling the Concierge.
Parking:
The resort has three parking lots, one for each section of the hotel. Valet parking is offered at a nightly fee. Overnight parking fees are waived for hybrid car drivers and self-parking is included in the resort amenities fee.
CONFERENCE CONCIERGE:
Located in the conference center, the Conference Concierge is dedicated to servicing the needs of meeting planners and conference speakers. We assist with updating meal guarantees, meeting room changes, room temperature control and all last minute requests that make a difference in a conference program.
ECO-MEETINGS AND GREEN INITIATIVES:
Our Eco-Meet program offers the opportunity to minimize the eco-footprint of meetings and events through the reduction of waste and conservation of valuable resources. The program can be tailored to individual needs of the client through four key components - Eco-Accomodation, Eco-Cuisine, Eco-Service and Eco-Programming.

Our full service on-site destination management company can assist with everything from transportation and group adventure activities, to event decor, entertainment and group gifts.
