Cancellation Policy

If the Client cancels an event less than 60 days prior to the Period of Use, the Client agrees to pay the Port a cancellation fee within thirty (30) days, as follows: -Event is canceled with notice given 45 to 60 days prior to Period of Use: 25% of the Room Rental is required. -Event is canceled with notice given 30 to 44 days prior to Period of Use: 50% of the Room Rental is required. -Event is canceled with notice given 15 to 29 days prior to Period of Use: 75% of the Room Rental is required. -Event is canceled with notice given 14 days or less prior to Period of Use: 100% of the Room Rental is required.

Facility Restrictions

The Conference Center is located in the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The facility is located PRE-security, and boarding passes are not required to access the facility.

Additional Information

Just a short walk from the arrival and departure gates, our modern facility offers 8,000 square feet of meeting and event space, pre-security. Conference rooms are located on the mezzanine level at the south end of the airport, above checkpoint #1. Our rooms range from 450 to 3,120 square feet and can accommodate everything between a small meeting for two people up to a conference for 200. You will be wowed by our state-of-the-art audiovisual system, with easy to use plug and play capabilities. We are also proud to offer inclusive pricing, so you do not have to worry about hidden costs or fees. Most audiovisual equipment is included additional charge and we provide complimentary parking validations for all of your guests. Our friendly and professional staff is highly experienced in the meetings and events industry, and will be with you every step of the way to ensure a flawless experience for you and your attendees.
