Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Postponement (MICE) Conditions: In the event of cancellation after confirmation or postponement, any refundable deposit(s) will be set off against the overall cancellation penalty as stated below before any excess is to be refunded: Less than 120 days prior to the function date: - A charge, equal to 50% of the total estimated guestrooms and food and beverage expenses or total deposit paid (whichever higher), will be charged to the master account. Less than 60 days prior to the function date: - A charge, equal to 80% of the total estimated guestrooms and food and beverage expenses, will be charged to the master account. Less than 14 days prior to the function commencing: - A charge, equal to 100% of the total estimated guestrooms and food and beverage expenses, will be charged to the master account.
