Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION a.1 Total cancellation In the event the booked services are cancelled, in partial satisfaction of the resulting loss the Hotel Management shall be entitled to hold back any deposit, without prejudice to the Hotel’s right to terminate the contract and claim compensation for any additional damage under the provisions of Section 1385 of the Italian Civil Code. a.2 Partial room cancellation Up to 30 days prior to Group’s arrival possibility to cancel 10% of the rooms booked without any penalty. For any exceeding cancellations the first night will be charged on BB basis as penalty (Art. 1382 c.c). After the above term until 48 hours prior the Group’s arrival possibility to cancel 5% of the rooms booked without any penalty. For any exceeding cancellations the full stay will be charged on BB basis as penalty(Art. 1382 c.c). The above percentages are not cumulative. After above term for any cancellation the full stay will be charged as penalty (Art. 1382 c.c). In case of no-shows or early departure the full stay will be charged.
