Outside caterers must be approved in advance, own or have use of commercial kitchen with current DHEC certification, provide current business license, have general liability insurance certificate listing events center as 3rd party.

We are happy to holdyour dates and event space tentatively until your signed Booking Agreement and non-refundable deposit have been received. Tentative space is considered available to be secured by another client. Should we receive such a request, we will offer first right of refusal to you and required your Booking Agreement and deposit immediately to secure your space. Final attendee counts and payment in full are due 7 days prior to your event.

Cancellation Policy

Once a Booking Agreement has been signed and deposit received then you may cancel your event, however, damages are applied based on the cancellation date as outlined in the Booking Agreement.
