Cancellation Policy

Performance Damages (see Cancellation and Performance Policies in the attached Standard Terms and Conditions) You may reduce the minimum numbers of pre-booked bedroom accommodation, pre-booked delegate requirements, pre-booked meeting room hire and pre-booked F&B by 50% at any time between the signature of contract and 90 days prior to Arrival Date and no charge will be incurred. Reductions in excess of 50% shall be subject to a fee equal to 25% of the total anticipated revenue of the reductions. You may reduce the minimum numbers of pre-booked bedroom accommodation, pre-booked delegate requirements, pre-booked meeting room hire and pre-booked F&B by 20% at any time between 89 days to 60 days prior to Arrival Date and no charges will be incurred. Reductions in excess of 20% shall be subject to a fee equal to 35% of the total anticipated revenue of the reductions. You may reduce the minimum numbers of pre-booked bedroom accommodation, pre-booked delegate requirements, pre-booked meeting room hire and pre-booked F&B by 10% at any time between 59 days to 30 days prior to Arrival Date and no charges will be incurred. Reductions in excess of 10% shall be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the total anticipated revenue of the reductions. You may reduce the minimum numbers of pre-booked bedroom accommodation, pre-booked delegate requirements, pre-booked meeting room hire and pre-booked F&B by 05% at any time between 29 days to 15 days prior to Arrival Date and no charges will be incurred. Reductions in excess of 05% shall be subject to a fee equal to 75% of the total anticipated revenue of the reductions. If you elect to reduce the minimum numbers of pre-booked bedroom accommodation, pre-booked delegate requirements, pre-booked room hire and pre-booked F&B at any time from 14 days or less prior to Arrival Date and any no shows on the day, then you will be assessed a liquidated damages fee equal to 100% of the total anticipated revenue of the reductions.
