STB opened its doors as a family-owned brewery in August 2011 with a 14bbl system that was pieced together from all over the country. We have four year round brews, 2 barrel aged monsters that make an appearance once a year and several seasonals. We continue to expand each year to add to our brewing capacity and to allow for more tank space to create some one-off brews for the tap room. Our bombers, cans, and kegs are slowly spreading out into the TC market with the mindset that we do not take on any new accounts until we can keep the ones we currently have fully stocked at all times. Westwood Hills Nature Center is a 160-acre natural area featuring marsh, woods and restored prairie. The preserve is beautiful throughout the seasons and provides homes for many animals, including deer, turtles, fox, mink and owls.
