Cancellation Policy

Groups are asked to sign a group sales agreement to secure space and over night accommodations up to 2 years in advance. Group Contract Cancellation Policy & Attrition is very flexible to accommodate the group bookings. This will make our guests feel more comfortable booking their events with us and not be worried about penalties to their budget. This new policy allows the group to cancel all or a portion of their guest rooms up until 30 days prior to arrival. Then after this date there is a time frame that shows the penalty percentage: This new time frame is: Upon signature – 30 Days prior to arrival = No Penalty 29 Days – 15 Days prior to arrival = 35% of Estimated Food, Beverage, Room Rental Fees & Guestroom Revenue 14 Days – 8 Days prior to arrival = 50% of Estimated Food, Beverage, Room Rental Fees & Guestroom Revenue 7 Days – Arrival Day = 100% of Estimated Food, Beverage, Room Rental Fees & Guestroom Revenue Individual reservations cancellations: If you want to cancel the reservation then it should be done one day before arrival. A fee of 100 percent would be charged (plus taxes) if canceled after this deadline.
