From a small rural bar taken over in the 1970s, Marie-Christine and Patrick GUBLIN have built up one of the most popular gourmet establishments in the Aube. You then have two types of room to choose from, the first were created in 1982 in a typical Champenois building where the spirit of times gone by sits side by side with modern comfort (fifteen rooms) and then there are the luxury bedrooms (six) in a more contemporary extension, which offer additional facilities. The Auberge du Lac is the ideal location for hosting high-quality seminars.
