Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more before non-holiday arrival will be refunded deposit less $50 bookkeeping fee. For cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, deposit is nonrefundable. Christmas/New Years reservations are non-refundable after 12-1-08. If cancelled prior to that, deposit is refundable less $50 bookkeeping fee.
