Utica, NY Meeting Planning Overview

Utica, is a city of historic landmarks and modern diversity, nestled in a profoundly beautiful setting of at the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains. Utica is centrally located in New York State just off NYS Thruway I-90 on exits 31, 32 & 33. Utica is 45 minutes from Hancock International Airport in Syracuse, and Amtrak provides service, with stations in Rome and Utica.

The area is home to a number of cultural attractions that double as Utica event venues: Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute Museum of Art, which includes an auditorium with 271 seats, a terrace, sculpture court and a meeting room; the Children's Museum of History, Natural History, Science & Technology, which has a community room; the Stanley Theater, which opened in 1928 and has been the premier showplace for Central New York ever since; the Utica Memorial Auditorium; and the Utica Zoo.
