Vanuatu Meeting Planning Overview

Located about a four-hour flight from Australia's east coast, the South Pacific archipelago nation of Vanuatu is made up of about 80 islands that are rich in quiet beaches, scuba diving opportunities, and ancient culture. Vanuatu is divided into six provinces, each with its own attractions and feel. Shefa serves as the country's international gateway and the home to Port Vila, Vanuatu's capital city.

Meeting and incentive attendees gather at Vanuatu's conference resorts and hotels, which offer a variety of indoor and outdoor event spaces. The luxurious Irikiki Island Resort & Spa, for one, spans 69 acres of tropical landscaped gardens with panoramic sea views. It sits on a private island that's just a three-minute ferry ride from Port Vila. The 139-room resort boasts a private beach, spa, casino, and restaurants, as well as a dedicated conference room and outdoor meeting spots for everything from casual beachside receptions to elegant dinners.

When business is over for the day, Vanuatu offers travelers a range of experiences, including serene cave tours, quiet swimming lagoons, festive street markets, thrilling volcano safaris, and world-class scuba dives.
