Cancellation Policy
A. Partial cancellation and timing modification
Partial or total cancellations affecting the numbers in the group must be notified in writing to the hotel. Partial or total cancellations shall be invoiced on the basis of the follow charges.
100% or less group cancellation, between signature and 60 days prior the group arrival, no charge.
10% or less group cancellation, between 59 and 30 days prior the group arrival, no charge
5% or less group cancellation, between 29 and 15 days prior the group arrival, no charge
If the event’s agreed starting or ending times change and le Chalet RoyAlp Hôtel & Spa agrees to such alterations, le Chalet RoyAlp Hôtel & Spa may reasonably charge for the added cost of stand-by service, unless le Chalet RoyAlp Hôtel & Spa is at fault.
B. Total cancellation
Total cancellation between signature and 60 days prior group arrival, no charge.
Total cancellation between 59 and 30 days prior group arrival: 50% of the estimated amount referenced on the pro forma invoice will be charged.
Total cancellation between 29 and 15 days prior group arrival: 75% of the estimated amount referenced on the pro forma invoice will be charged.
Total cancellation 14 days or less prior group arrival: 100% of the estimated amount referenced on the pro forma invoice will be charged.
Any « no-shows » (rooms reserved but not occupied on specified date of arrival and not subject to prior written cancellation request) will be charged to Client on the basis of the total duration of intended stay.
