Sparsholt Conferences and Events is set in beautiful Hampshire countryside and situated just 4 miles from the historic city of Winchester. The venues are ideal for both business and private functions and are an easy commute from most large cities. It offers a range of accommodation for both business and leisure purposes. Westley Court, our purpose built residential conference centre, has 25 bedrooms. Three Halls of Residence provide a total of 99 single en-suite bedrooms and a number of lounge areas. A further four buildings surrounding a large green provide a total of 192 ensuite bedrooms. We are also able to offer an additional 88 single bedrooms. Here at Sparsholt we are pleased to be able to offer a range of conference facilities that benefit from the wonderful surroundings of Sparsholt College, and the beautiful Hampshire countryside. Whether you are looking for a small board meeting or space for an exhibition, our flexible venues and dedicated team will help to ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible.
Cancellation Policy
a. More than 91 days notice = 0% cancellation fee (for the avoidance of doubt we will not return the non-refundable deposit); b. 90 to 10 days = 50%; and c. 10 days or less = full charge shall be payable. We will make reasonable endeavours to secure alternative bookings and will reduce the cancellation fee by the amount of alternative busi-ness secured.
Facility Restrictions
25 bedrooms, providing accommodation for a total of 31 are available year round at Westley Court conference centre. Halls of Residence accommodation available in the Easter and Summer holidays only. Additional meeting rooms including the Norman Lecture Theatre and classrooms are available in the evenings and Easter and Summer holidays.
