In season, the Gardens provide the Woodstock Inn & Resort with an on-site holistic food supply, giving true meaning to the phrase, "farm to fork". We specialize in over 200 varieties of fruits and vegetables, herbs and edible flowers, a mushroom glen, bee hives, fruit trees, and berry bushes, all providing culinary inspiration to our chefs who create seasonal menus inspired by the land. Adding beauty to the site upon your arrival, you will see over 50 varieties of annual and perennial flowers, used in fresh-cut flower arrangements throughout the Resort and for your event. We hope to see you in the Gardens for classes, tours, workshops, and private events or join our team for a hands-on experience harvesting fresh produce from the Gardens for your afternoon or evening meal.
