Located within a two-hour drive of York, Philadelphia International Airport spans seven terminal buildings with 120 gates. Ranked as the ninth-busiest airport in the world, Philadelphia International serves as the international hub for US Airways and provides service to more than 120 domestic and international destinations. Once in York, visitors can hop aboard rabbittransit, which provides daily bus service throughout York, Adams and Northumberland Counties. Rabbittransit operates 15 routes throughout York County and provides direct service to the York Expo Center.

The York Expo Center offers more than 300,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space spread throughout a 120-acre fenced and gated complex. The 74,000-square-foot Toyota Arena serves as an ideal destination for trade and consumer shows, banquets, concerts, livestock shows and motor sport events. Additional meeting spaces range from the 10,000-square-foot Banquet Center to the 29,264-square-foot Memorial Hall West.
