Welcome to the WFM Knowledge Assessment

This 3-part, 30-question test is an assessment of your knowledge about workforce planning and management processes. This self-assessment can be used to identify strengths and knowledge gaps with respect to the three main areas associated with the workforce planning process in a typical contact center environment:

Section 1: Planning and Strategy
Section 2: Forecasting and Scheduling
Section 3: Intra-Day Management

You will receive an overall score and a score for each section at the end of the assessment. Use these answers to assess your level of knowledge and to pinpoint areas for further study as you prepare to take the more comprehensive CWPP exam.
