ACES Guide Entry/Update Form

Thank you for your interest in the New York City Department of Education's Arts & Cultural Education Services (ACES) Guide. 

Complete this form if your organization would like to be included in the ACES Guide (click here to view the current guide). If approved, new organizations will be incorporated in the subsequent guide revision, generally carried out twice per year, during February-March and August-September. Organizations who are currently included in the ACES Guide may also complete this form to update (i.e. replace) their existing listing.

Important: All organizations requesting to be included in the ACES Guide must currently possess an active DOE Vendor ID. If your organization does not yet have a DOE Vendor ID, contact the DOE's Division of Contracts and Purchasing at 718-935-2300 to learn more about becoming a DOE Vendor.
