Celebrating Grace Place 2014 Retreats
Lutheran Church Workers…Joy in Ministry!
Grace Place is announcing its 15th year of retreats for all LCMS professional church workers. Our retreats are open to pastors,
teachers, DCE's, Deaconesses, Ministers of Music, School Administrators and their spouses. It is an exciting year with many
opportunities for you to deepen your self-care, health, and wellbeing as you strive through the power of the Holy Spirit to be
most vibrant and effective in your ministry calling.
Each retreat gathers you with fellow workers from around the country to spend time understanding your current health status;
learning new approaches to being healthy in body, mind, spirit and finances; restoring by being intentionally in God’s Word with
fellow workers; and finally, refreshing for the journey in remarkable settings and wonderfully refreshing adventures.
All of these 5-day, 4-night retreats are made affordable through generous underwriting from supporting foundations, The LCMS
Office of National Mission, District funding, and individual donors. They are providing 90% of the cost for you to attend and we
are so thankful to God for their support.

Grace Place is also offering numerous conferences and programs with other organizations such as KINDLE and Circuit Counselors,
as well as Congregational Wellness Weekends and Ministry Team Wellness Workshops throughout the year. Please check with your
