AUCOTEC and Fiatech Collaborate to Increase Interoperability

AUSTIN TX , April 23, 2015 - AUCOTEC, a leader in instrumentation detailing and electrical design for manufacturing plants, has joined Fiatech, an international community recognized for leading the development and advancement of technology-based, value-adding solutions. The membership of Fiatech is passionate about the development and adoption of innovative practices and technologies to realize the highest business value throughout the life cycle of major assets. Through its membership, AUCOTEC will drive initiatives for improved collaboration in the process industry.

On the benefits of this new membership for the industry, Thomas Engler, Vice President & CFO of AUCOTEC Inc., USA said, “Sharing our expertise within Fiatech projects will increase the pace of achieving an environment where CAE tools can communicate and smoothly interoperate. AUCOTEC has already begun moving the industry needle through participation in the annual Fiatech workshop, formerly known as Member Meeting, which took place in Philadelphia in September 2014 and by participating in critical dialogue’s at Fiatech’s Technology Conference & Showcase in Boca Raton earlier this month.
