 		Pam Blanchard honored with National Wetlands Award for global impact with education and outreach efforts preserving wetlands

Dr. Pam Blanchard is one of five people in the nation to receive a National Wetlands Award from the Environmental Law Institute. She received this award for her extraordinary commitment to our nation's wetlands.

The LSU Coastal Roots Seedling Nursery Program includes 48 schools across 18 parishes in Louisiana and four schools in Chile.

 SeaPerch inspires the next generation of STEM professionals with science education

LSU was proud to host the sixth National SeaPerch Challenge. SeaPerch is the U.S. Navy's signature outreach program. More than 1,300 children, teachers, and coaches visited LSU for this underwater robotics competition.

 Meet the new college ambassadors!

 We are proud to welcome 16 new ambassadors to the college's student ambassador program.

The CHSE Ambassadors are a group of high achieving, diverse, and well-rounded student leaders who study within the college. They provide collegiate outreach for recruitment and engagement support within the college, on campus, and in the community.
