CHSE is pleased to announce the 2015 Awards Banquet recipients, who include Louisiana's 90-year-old Olympic Gold Medalist, a social network mapping analyst aiding to reduce Baton Rouge's violent crime rate, and the founder, author, and president of the Sunshine Foundation.

CHSE students will soon have a new place to call home on the LSU campus. The College of Human Sciences & Education’s new residential college, Cypress Hall, is currently taking applications for its inaugural class of student residents beginning Fall 2015.

They say it’s “the talk of your life.” Science. Pop culture. Math. Social justice. These are just a few of the topics and themes addressed by the movers and shakers in their chosen fields on the prestigious TEDx stage. When LSU hosts TEDxLSU 2015 on Saturday, February 28, LSU School of Human Resource Education & Workforce Development (SHREWD) Associate Professor Dr. Tracey Rizzuto will be among the chosen 12 to grace the stage.
