Caffeinated Conversations

Join us May 20, for the next Caffeinated Conversations - 7:30am at Panera Bread in Camp Hill. This early morning event is designed to encourage members (current or potential) to learn more about the MPI membership benefits, meet MPMPI board members, network with other members and get burning questions answered! Drop in, purchase a coffee or a latte - stay for 15 minutes or the full 90 minutes!

Message from President Julie Walker

To Our Fellow MPMPI Colleagues,
What a great year we've had! As we wind down the 2014-2015 year, I'd like to take a moment to summarize our accomplishments this past year.
First and foremost, our chapter once again ranks in the Top 10 MPI chapters globally – what a remarkable achievement for such a young MPI chapter!
We've experienced tremendous growth in our chapter membership in the past year – thank you for making our chapter a welcoming and valuable membership organization for industry professionals.
We'll be welcoming all of the student members from the Penn State University MPI Student Chapter as new members of the MPMPI chapter, as they have opted to affiliate with our chapter. What a great opportunity for our members to mentor these students and help them with their future careers! We'll have more updates about this soon.
Our educational programs and networking opportunities continue to grow and expand…what a great year of professional development we've had! The TED-style event in March was an enormous success…let’s continue to set the bar high and see what we can deliver next. I hope you've had the opportunity to attend the educational meetings and to take advantage of all of the expanded networking events that our committees and volunteers have organized for you.

Thank you for the opportunity to serve as your leader this past year. It has truly been an honor. As the torch passes to your new board for 2015-2016, I can assure you that the chapter is in great hands under the competent leadership of Pam Kammerer.
Let's continue to be a big deal! And, if you're not currently on a committee or volunteering with the chapter in some capacity, I strongly encourage you to take the leap and get involved – it truly will change your MPMPI experience and elevate it to the next level. No regrets.
