Walnut Ridge Dairy
Walnut Ridge Dairy is located in Lansing, NY and is a second generation farm with 1,400 cows including 1,200 heifers and young stock. Their cows are milked in a rotary parlor multiple times a day. With more than 25 employees to aid on the farm, Walnut Ridge Dairy ships high-quality milk to Cayuga Milk Ingredients in Auburn.
