All elementary school (K-6) students who are members of the same family may be included on this single application.

Note that the Live Program is for Grades 4-6 only. The Self-Paced Program is for Grades K-6.

The following grade level dates are guidelines, not requirements. If a parent prefers a different grade level, please contact the program director to request approval prior to submitting this application.
