Every Title School – including those that choose to use the Abbreviated Goals and Plans Template for the School Improvement Plan – must complete a Title I diagnostic.  Please note that the Title I diagnostics will not be assigned tasks in ASSIST. Schools will need to know their Title I designation (Schoolwide or Targeted) and complete the appropriate Title I diagnostic listed under the Additional section in ASSIST.  If you’re not sure of your Title I designation, please contact your District Title I Office. You may also contact your assigned MDE regional support consultant for further assistance.
