Single Building Districts: Single Building District Improvement Plans and Program Evaluations are due June 30, 2017.

Schools: Program Evaluations are due June 30, 2017. School Improvement Plans are due September 1, 2017.

There are two options for Goals as part of the School and Single Building District Improvement Plan submissions:

• Update the current Goals and Plans in ASSIST as usual;
• Complete and upload the Abbreviated Goals and Plans Template.
  

School Data Analysis: While this diagnostic is not assigned as part of the School and Single Building District Improvement Plans, it is still available on the Diagnostics and Surveys tab in ASSIST. It is highly recommended that you complete this diagnostic as part of the school improvement process.
