Our fiscal 2014-2015 chapter year is coming to a close. Our Chapter officers have done an outstanding job this year and I am pleased to report we have once again achieved our goals under the Chapter Achievement Program (CAP) and retained our status as one of the top IIA chapters in North America. Our status as a Platinum Chapter reflects the hard work of our many volunteers to provide outstanding service to our Chapter members.

MNCPA Management & Business Advisers Conference

The TCIIA has partnered with the Minnesota Society of CPAs to present the Management & Business Advisers Conference (MBAC) at a discounted rate to our members. Spring Recognition Event Recap

We had over 50 Twin Cities IIA Chapter members join us for our annual recognition event held at the Minneapolis Marriott West. The event began with cocktails and hor d'oeuvres and an opportunity to network with fellow TCIIA members and recognition honorees. Sue Stanek, Ph.D., accepted our invitation to deliver the keynote address, and inspired the room with her presentation on Igniting Your Personal Brand. Read more...

The mission of The Institute of Internal Auditors is to provide dynamic leadership for the global profession of internal auditing. Activities in support of this mission will include, but will not be limited to:

Advocating and promoting the value that internal audit professionals add to their organizations;

Providing comprehensive professional educational and development opportunities; standards and other professional practice guidance; and certification programs;

Researching, disseminating, and promoting to practitioners and stakeholders knowledge concerning internal auditing and its appropriate role in control, risk management, and governance;
