Join us at 11:30AM for our October 12th monthly meeting featuring Speaker John Burns on the Wake County Transit Plan at Embassy Suites by Hilton Raleigh Durham/Research Triangle, 201 Harrison Oaks Blvd, Cary, NC in the Biltmore/Hope/Bellamy/Mendenhall meeting rooms.

Wake County grows by 64 people every day. Community Outreach Committee
The GTC of IFMA Community Outreach commitee had a very busy September!  Not only did the committee organize an InterFaith Food Shuttle event to bag groceries for seniors on September 15th, they also formed a team for the Annual Gail Parkins Memorial Ovarian Cancer Walk & 5K Run on September 17th.  Over $265,000 was raised as a result of the walk this year, and all of the proceeds go to the ovarian cancer research program at the Duke Cancer Institute.
