Community Hospital Teams Up With University of UT on Value University

Community_LogoCommunity Hospital has teamed up with University of Utah Health Care to research and track ways in which they can improve health care through a program called Value University, or ValueU. The free online learning platform and associated national training pilot, made possible with support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, is designed to equip physicians and other professionals on the front lines of health care with processes for improving the value of care that their patients receive.  read more

Heart of the Rockies Foundation Receives Grant

Heart of the Rockies_LogoHeart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center Foundation has received a grant from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) to conduct an environmental scan, or study, to increase the number of breast, cervical and colorectal cancer screenings statewide. The total grant awarded was $18,479, which will cover the costs associated with the project. read more
