| | Leadership Evaluations Due January 31 | One of the most important tools the Nominating Committee uses is the review of the Leadership Evaluation Form to gather direct feedback on our chapter’s current leaders and volunteers. Your participation in this process is very important in identifying our chapter’s future leaders. It is important that you fill out forms for as many volunteers that you have contact with throughout the year, including board members, chairs and committee members. Your feedback, both positive and constructive, will be kept in complete confidence. It is only through your honest feedback that the Nominating Committee will be able to prepare the best slate of officers for the coming year. Please complete the Leadership Evaluation Form(s) by January 31, 2012. |
