All About Birds
Fall brings a different energy, one that makes us breathe in deeply and pause even if it's only for the smallest of moments. Maybe we're on the porch in the morning, taking a pause before heading out to work. Maybe we're on our way to lunch and notice that it's a particularly nice day. Wherever we are, we often find ourselves looking up at the sky. And then, we see them—gliding through the air with ease or, perhaps, they are perching on a nearby branch, singing a melody unique to their species.
These flighty creatures are birds and we are proud to announce that Russ Wigh, seasoned photographer and avian enthusiast, will be our next Evening at Armstrong community lecturer!
Russ will take attendees through a visual presentation on our area's winged residents and their habits, and offer tips on how to identify our local birds!
