I hope that everyone enjoyed the Member Appreciation event at Angus Barn Pavilion as much as I did. What a great time and a nice way to thank everyone for the collective efforts throughout the year to make our Chapter the strongest it can possibly be.

GTC OF IFMA DECEMBER 2019 TOUR POSTPONED
The Greater Triangle Chapter of IFMA scheduled tour of the Rho Building has been postponed due to low signup because of too many December conflicts!
The tour will be rescheduled for 2020, and we will keep you in the loop on the new date!

If you are collecting toys for our Toys for Tots campaign, you can arrange a box pick-up by the Community Outreach Committee through Dave Smith on or before Friday, December 13, 2019. All boxes are due back to the Marines by December 16th!

A building occupant has directed a complaint to the CEO about poor ventilation and lighting. The CEO has asked you to respond directly to the occupant by the next business day. How would you respond and what mode of communication would you use?
