GAFP’s 2019 Congress of Delegates: Call for Resolutions
The Georgia Academy of Family Physicians is seeking resolutions for the 2019 Congress of Delegates (COD) meeting. Last year, the COD tackled issues such as the expansion of telemedicine and electronic resources as well as formalizing GAFP’s policy to recognize physicians as physicians across all healthcare entities. Georgia Academy Introduces Policy Changes for AAFP
At the recent June Board meeting of the Georgia Academy, we presented two resolutions that were approved to present before the AAFP Congress of Delegates when they meet in Philadelphia this fall. Both items, if passed, will help our patients – provide access to health insurance and increase educating our youth on the evils of tobacco and vaping. Read More
