Mohawk Tower at the University at Albany

This summer, DASNY also completed five major capital projects for a total construction value of
approximately 81.5 million, including:

• A $32.2 million renovation of Mohawk Tower at the University at Albany;
• A $24.5 million new townhouse project at Fredonia;
• A $13.7 million renovation at Lefevre Hall at New Paltz;
• A $7.8 million renovation at Defredenburgh Hall at Plattsburgh; and
• A $3.1 million phase 3 renovation at Building 45 at Purchase.

Construction was completed for all these projects on schedule, in time for the students to start the
Fall 2014 semester. The overall list of SUNY campuses where DASNY performed work this summer includes:
University at Albany, Alfred, Brockport, University of Buffalo, Buffalo State College, Canton,
Cobleskill, Delhi, New Paltz, Oneonta, Plattsburgh and Purchase.
