The Greater Triangle Chapter of IFMA Board is a great team!  There are 18 people that I rely on daily to run the chapter with me and 56 more people that they rely on to run their committees.  We have over 70 volunteers in our organization and that is amazing!  We are blessed to have so many folks volunteer their time to ensure our chapter runs smoothly and allow us to carry out our mission and vision.

Mission:  To promote participation in and vitality of the Greater Triangle Chapter of IFMA by focusing on education, networking, and leadership to further develop the core competencies of the facilities profession.
Vision:  To serve as the ultimate resource and representative for facility management.

We are one heck of a team, and I’m so very proud to be able to serve as your President this year.  I know we’ll do great things together as the year progresses!

Membership Scholarships

The Membership Committee, on behalf of the Chapter, is now accepting applications for 2 Membership Scholarships to be offered to Professional Members out-of-work or unsupported by their company. We are offering 2- paid in full, membership scholarships for one year, which includes 2- paid monthly lunch meetings, as well. If you have any questions please reach out to Amanda Beck at membership2@ifmatriangle.org.  More information is below.

9th Annual Joint Networking Event 

Now is the time to register for the 9th Annual Joint Commercial Real Estate Networking Event to mix and mingle with members from other professional real estate organizations.  IFMA is once again a proud sponsor of this event.  Proceeds will go to SAFEchild.

CFM Question

A building occupant has directed a complaint to the CEO about poor ventilation and lighting.  The CEO has asked you to respond directly to the occupant by the next business day.  How would you respond and what mode of communication would you use?
