 Greetings MPI St. Louis Area Chapter!
As we end the calendar year, I want to hear from you. What was your biggest success of 2011?
Did you have a favorite MPI moment? I can tell you that mine was the MPI St. Louis Area Chapter induction ceremony at the end of June, when the 2011-2012 Board of Directors was introduced to the chapter. It was a thrilling moment that still gives me chills because it meant that MPI St. Louis Area Chapter was going to have another extraordinary year with some pretty wonderful people. And who doesn’t like high fives?!

Or join committees that can help you in your personal and professional development. Working together with your fellow members helps forge great long lasting relationships that can shape your future career growth. Working on a committee that is your passion fuels you to do even more than you imagined. On the flip side, working on a committee that is new to you provides a challenge that you may be seeking to conquer. Our members continually tell me that they didn’t realize how much they could get out of MPI until they started volunteering on a committee. Join one today!

It’s Trivia Time - Save the Date! Our Annual Trivia Fundraiser will be held on Friday February 17, 2012. Watch for more details coming soon on location and theme. Mark the date on your calendar for a night of trivia questions and silent auction fun! If anyone is interested in volunteering on the trivia committee, the first meeting will be December 8th at 3:30 p.m. Please reach out to Ashley Carey or Christine Topp for more details. The Trivia Committee will be collecting silent auction items. If interested in donating to the silent auction, please submit the donation form to Trivia Co-Chairs, Ashley and Christine.
 EduCon 2011 Was A Blast! The speakers filled the day with entertaining and educational sessions that got everyone talking during the networking breaks. CMP Study Group Forming
A CMP study group is forming to prepare for the Summer 2012 exam. The first study group meeting will take place on Tuesday, January 17th, from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at MAC Meetings & Events. We’ll review the CMP application process and answer questions about the application, exam, blueprint, and anything else you might need to know. The group will then meet every other Tuesday through the exam date in the MAC offices on the Landing.
