Each spring the MBA St. Louis offers scholarship opportunities to three individuals pursuing or preparing to pursue higher education.
Scholarships are available for all fields of study and are open to employees and the dependents of employees working for any Lender or Affiliate Member.
Memorial Scholarships: (2) Scholarship Opportunities
Memorial scholarship applicants must be full-time college students without restriction as to scholastic level. Applicants can be employees or a dependent of an employee of any Lender or Affiliate Member in good standing.
The John J. Naunheim Scholarship is given in memory of Mr. Naunheim's commitment and dedication to our industry and Association. The MBA St. Louis will award the selected recipient a $1,000 scholarship from the Association.
The Solon Gershman Scholarship named in memory of Solon Gershman for his leadership and commitment to the MBA St. Louis and our industry. The recipient selected to receive this scholarship will receive $2,000, made possible by a donation of $1,000 from the Gershman family and $1,000 from the Association.

Jeanette M Forquer Emerging Leaders Scholarship
The MBA St. Louis is pleased to offer a scholarship opportunity to a current, full time or part time, employee of any Lender of Affiliate Member in good standing. Applicants must attend college on a part time or full time basis. This scholarship is a self funded scholarship that utilizes funds received from the participants in the Emerging Leaders Program offered by the MBA St. Louis. The selected recipient will be awarded a $500 scholarship.

All applications must be received by Friday, April 7, 2017. The scholarship recipients will be announced online and presented with their scholarships at the Tuesday, May 16th General Membership Meeting.
