Thanks for attending the CSPRC September Luncheon!

CSPRC thanks the volunteer specialists who presented at our August Luncheon. Lisa Greening, executive director at Ready Readers; Kim Cella, executive director at Citizens for Modern Transit; and Harris Frank, co-founder of St. Louis Senior Olympics and U.S. National Senior Olympics led a discussion about transforming volunteers into ambassadors. Ideas exchanged included a volunteer support core that gives stellar volunteers some recognition and they in turn mentor new volunteers; media training for volunteers so they can become storytellers who speak for your organization; and inviting volunteers in for a focus group session over lunch or dinner.

At each luncheon, CSPRC holds a drawing for a free luncheon. Please join us congratulating our September winner, Dennis “Denny” O’Brien, director of NonProfit Advancement and past CSPRC board president!
